This large, main commercial construction contractor specialises in the construction of office, hospitality, heritage, education and Government projects throughout Wellington.

Your New Role

Currently there is an opening for an enthusiastic, confident Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in commercial construction.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

Using your proven commercial quantity surveying or estimating experience, you will have several large, successful projects under your belt, will communicate well with clients, subcontractors and project teams, have very good build knowledge and will know your way around a site.
You will be a qualified Quantity Surveyor, have a proven track record of using scheduling software, be knowledgeable about current technologies, be able to think outside the square when needed and be a confident leader and communicator across multiple levels.
