Since starting up in 2008, The Fundraising People (TFP) has grown into leaders in the face-to-face fundraising industry. We plan and deliver effective fundraising campaigns for our charity partners and we’re looking for Team Leaders to help us continue to shape our fundraising teams into the best sales superstars they can be!

What does a Fundraising Team Leader do?
You’ll have the opportunity to manage an awesomely fun and committed team and work on campaigns for some of New Zealand’s most respected charities.
This is a great casual sales role with unlimited earning potential. As a Team Leader, you’ll still be getting your hands dirty and will be based out on the field in the city of Auckland with your team of 3-4 people.
With your knowledge and experience in fundraising and/or sales, you’ll coach fundraisers in how to be successful out on the field and ensure all regulations are adhered to.
We are proud to work with renowned charities such as ChildFund and Heart Research Institute and working hours are generally Monday-Friday with the option to work some Saturday’s.

The Pay: We offer an attractive wage of $20 per/hour + bonuses + super. You’ll also be given an iPad, iPhone and company car to use as you work.

You have solid experience in fundraising and/or sales
