We have a position available for approximately 3 months available for ONE person ONLY to help out on our dairy farm based just outside of Tokoroa. You will be working with 700 cows milking twice a day through a rotary shed.

Other duties will include, fence repairs and maintenance, calving, cleaning the shed and moving stock, and driving around on a 2 or 4 wheeler. There MAY be opportunities to drive a tractor on the farm however you must have experience first and this is not guaranteed.

Our ideal candidate has previous dairy farming experience and is keen to continue growing and learning their skills. You must be open and honest and feel comfortable working with a range of different cultures. We ask that you have previous motorbike and/or quad bike experience and also have your own car/mode of transport as we do not have any vehicles to offer.
