Responsibilities and Duties
Handle enquiries via phone & email regarding products and services
Liaise with internal and external stake holders
Case management of customer requests
Manage customer complaints
Database management: update customer details, calls etc.
General administration duties as required
Qualifications and Skills
Outbound call centre or similar experience ideal
A clear, articulate speaking voice
Excellent attention to detail
Professional & pro-active approach to work
Vibrant & positive attitude
Intermediate PC skills. Experience with Outlook, Excel and Access preferable
The ability to work as part of a close-knit team
